Nigerian Plantain Mosa
Nigerian Plantain Mosa also known as plantain puff puff is a delicious snack made from over ripe plantains and a host of other ingredients and then deep fried.

It is easy to make and a great way to make use of over ripe plantains. Nigerian Plantain Mosa can be easily confused with akara or puff puff because of their resemblance in shape.

Below is a well detailed and easy Nigerian Plantain Mosa recipe.

Nigerian Plantain Mosa Ingredients:
• 1 big over ripe plantain
• 1 raw medium sized egg
• 2 tablespoonfuls flour
• Powdered pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
• Vegetable oil for deep-frying

Nigerian Plantain Mosa Preparation:
• Cut and peel the plantain, then mash thoroughly in a bowl or mortal. Now, add the flour, salt, pepper and egg to it. Mix very well until all the ingredients are well combined.

• Transfer the Mosas to a sieve lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. That's it, your Nigerian Plantain Mosa is ready to be served.
